On Sunday the 18th were greeted by a New Moon in Gemini, exact at 1:24am. The busy Gemini energy is countered by a square with the planet Neptune, who rules illusion, dreams, and fantasy. The Moon is the fastest moving planet and directly impacts our day - to - day mood, it enhances our day - to - day activities as well. Neptune is challenging the curiosity, communication, spirituality, and intuition we use daily; asking us to go deeper. On the 11th, Mercury moved into Taurus while Pluto (Rx) moved into Capricorn, totally shifting the energy and making things feel more grounded, concrete, a little stubborn — stagnant. On the 17th, Saturn stationed retrograde in the zodiac of Pisces. Saturn is telling us to see through the delusions we’ve been living with and to confront reality. The Gemini New Moon offers the opportunity for us to brainstorm new beginnings, discover new information to help us, and figure out how to get things done. It’s time to think fast and finish strong, because new opportunities are on their way and we want to be ready.
